Australia Post

Please note: Australia Post increased their pricing by up to 30% as of 8th April 2013. As a result our shipping prices have increased also, but our Salt Lamp prices have remained exactly the same. We appreciate your patronage.


We use either Registered Post or Fastway Couriers for all of our dispatches. Once your order has been shipped we email you to confirm shipment and supply the details of your order for tracking.

All dispatches are covered by insurance and require a signature upon delivery. Please provide specific delivery details at the shipment address page.

Returns for non acceptance of goods

Please note: If your shipment is returned to us as a result of incorrect address or insufficient information you will be required to pay a second freight charge or a refund of your order less initial freight cost will be completed. For FREE freight options, we still pay freight at our end and is absorbed in the overall cost of purchase. Again if FREE freight parcels are returned the same policy applies as above.

Returns of Faulty or Unwanted product

Returns for faulty product will only be accpeted if we are notified via email within 3 days of recepit of goods. We will request a photo of the damaged item emailed to us prior to it's return. Returns must be confirmed via email before being returned to us for refund or exchange. Return shipment it as buyers expense.

Return of unwnated product will not be accepted. This includes if you are not happy with shape or colouring. We will always endeavour to provide the best product available in the Australian Market.

Pick up

You are also free to pick up from our home office located in Mulgrave, Melbourne. Please call us on 0469 061 756 to book a time and obtain the address. Pick up is cash payment only and by appointment. If you accidentally pay through our website, we will refund your payment when you pay cash at pick up.
